Getting around

How the dashboard is laid out, what the numbers in the top bar mean, and the shortcuts that save clicks. Each page named here has its own docs page.

The pages

The sidebar groups the pages by what you do with them. The order follows a normal day: pick an application, look at it, work on its customers, then change its configuration.

GroupPageUse it to
WorkspaceApplicationsCreate an application, copy its API key, pause or disable it. Selecting an application here selects it everywhere.
WorkspaceOverviewSee what the selected application is doing now, and follow the setup checklist.
OperateUsersCreate, find and manage licenses and accounts.
OperateBansBlock a license, hardware ID, address or account.
OperateMonitorSee who is signed in now, message them or end their session.
OperateLogsRead every sign-in attempt and why it was allowed or refused.
ConfigureVariablesPush values and switches to your program from the server.
ConfigureResellersLet other people create keys for you, with a stock balance.
ConfigureAutomationRules that ban, throttle or notify when something happens.
ConfigureSettingsThe application's name and status, sign-in rules, builds, files, messages, SDK key and integrations.
SupportHelpAnswers, refused sign-ins by cause, the docs and a way to reach a person.

On a phone the bottom bar holds Applications, Overview, Users and Bans, and More opens the rest. Swiping in from the right edge of the screen opens the same menu. On a desktop, [ or Ctrl B collapses the sidebar to icons, and the choice is remembered.

Pick the application first

Everything except Applications and Help shows one application at a time, chosen in the selector at the top. Licenses, bans, sessions, logs, variables and settings are never shared between applications, so check the name in the selector before you act.

A page that is greyed out in the sidebar is unavailable for one of two reasons: no application is selected yet, or you are a reseller on this application and the owner did not give you that permission. The owner has every permission. Reseller permissions lists what each one allows.

The switch at the top of the sidebar moves between Authenticator (this dashboard) and Obfuscator, which has its own pages and is covered under Obfuscator.

The live numbers

The strip under the top bar reads the selected application and refreshes every 15 seconds.

auth · 24hSign-in attempts in the last 24 hours, successful and refused.
threatsHow many addresses were refused more than 5 times in the last 24 hours. Not the same as Threats blocked on the Overview, which counts bans.
latency, uptimeResponse time and uptime of the Atlas servers, not of your program.
logins today, denials todaySuccessful and refused sign-ins in the last 24 hours.
licensesTotal licenses created for the application.

At the right of the top bar, Auth server shows whether the sign-in server answers and its median response time over the last five checks, once a minute. down means customers cannot sign in; the cell opens the Atlas status page. Sessions and Bans appear beside it on wide screens when the count is above zero.

Inspectors

A license key, IP address, hardware ID, session or ban anywhere in the dashboard is clickable. It opens an inspector, a side panel with the full picture of that one thing, without leaving the page you are on. Click something inside an inspector to stack another on top; Esc closes the top one.

InspectorIt showsYou can

An account adds every key it redeemed and its trusted devices.Pause or resume, reset the hardware and address binding, ban, give entitlements, and for an account revoke a trusted device (the user must verify again on the next sign-in).
SessionSession ID, license, when it connected, when it was last seen, and the license's recent events.Kill the session, or kill it and cascade-ban the license.

Copy JSON in a license inspector copies the raw record. Paste it into a support ticket so the team sees exactly what you see.

New, notifications and help

  • New opens a menu: License or account (generates keys or adds users), Ban and Application. The first two need an application.
  • The bell lists sign-in alerts, billing notices and replies from the team, newest first, refreshed every minute. Mark all read clears the count; the full list is on your account page.
  • The ? menu holds Help, this documentation, the keyboard list, the dashboard tour, the service status page, the SDK download, the feedback board and Discord.
