The status page
Whether Atlas is up right now, how it did over the last 90 days, and a record of every incident.
What is checked
A monitor checks six services every 15 seconds. The status page shows each one with its current state and uptime.
| Service | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Web Dashboard | The website and dashboard. |
| API Gateway | The API the dashboard and your stores call. |
| Authentication Service | The server your programs sign in to. |
| Community Service | The Discord bot. |
| Content Delivery Network | Static files served to the site. |
| Obfuscator Engine | The service that builds protected files. |
Reading it
- The banner at the top is the overall state: All systems operational, Partial service disruption or an outage.
- The 90-day strip shows one bar per day for the Web Dashboard, colored by that day's uptime. Hover a bar for the date and percentage.
- Each service has its own state and uptime figure. A service counts as degraded when it answers slower than its own limit, and as an outage when it does not answer.
Incidents
An incident opens after several bad checks in a row and closes after three clean ones, so a single dropped check does not create one. Each incident has a severity (Critical, Major or Minor) and a timeline of updates with its duration. Open incidents are pinned above the rest; resolved ones are grouped by month, and you can filter the list by severity.
Report something the page does not show
The monitor sees what it checks. If something is wrong and the page says everything is fine, tell us through Support or the other contact routes.
