Your data and privacy requests

What Atlas holds about you, how to get a copy, correct it, restrict it or delete it, and what the cookie banner controls.

Make a request

In Account, Privacy and data, choose what you want and press Start request. You are acting as the signed-in account holder, so filing needs a recent sign-in or your password. Atlas answers by the date shown on the request, and you can follow it there and withdraw it while it is open.

RequestWhat you get
Get a copy of my dataA JSON file with everything held about your account: profile, sign-ins, devices, purchases, notifications and more. When it is marked ready you have 7 days to download it.
Correct my dataSomething held about you is wrong and you cannot change it yourself.
Delete my dataYour account and the data tied to it are erased. Records the law requires, such as invoices, are kept for the legal period.
Object to how it is usedStop a use that rests on our legitimate interest, such as device records.
Pause processingAtlas holds your data without using it while a correction or objection is decided.

To delete the account itself right away, use Delete account in Security.

Cookies and storage

Atlas sets only what the site needs until you choose. The banner has three optional kinds, each switchable on its own: Security (recognizing your devices, on until you refuse), Analytics (the site's own visit counter, off until you allow it, never on private pages) and Attribution (remembering which page brought you, off until you allow it). Your choice is kept, and a browser's Global Privacy Control signal counts as a refusal. Change it any time from Cookie settings in the footer or from this page.

The site makes no request that carries your address to a third party: its fonts, icons and scripts are served by Atlas itself.

Devices

Signed-in devices are recorded so Atlas can warn you about a sign-in from a new one. The list is on the same page and in Security; remove any you do not recognize. Logged-out visitors are never recorded.

The documents

The rules are in the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Data Processing Agreement (for what Atlas holds about your customers as your processor) and the list of subprocessors.
