Sign up and sign in
One Atlas account holds your applications, your plans, your support tickets and your data. It is separate from the customer accounts you create inside an application.
Create an account
Choose Get started. You can register with Discord, with Google or with an email address and a password (at least 8 characters). Under the fields, tick that you are 18 or older and that you accept the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If a box is left unticked, the button that needs it highlights it. The legal documents are all under Legal.
Registering by email sends a confirmation link. Confirm it, because sign-in codes, receipts and security notices go to that address. When the link is opened you land signed in.
- With your email and password, with Discord or Google, or with a passkey if you added one.
- On a device Atlas does not know, a password sign-in also needs a link emailed to you. Open it on that device, and you can mark the device as trusted so it is not asked again.
- Forgot your password? Use Reset password on the sign-in page. The link arrives by email.
- After a few failed attempts, sign-in slows down for a while. Wait and try again.
Your account page
Account in the menu opens your page, with three groups:
| Group | Pages |
|---|---|
| Account | Overview (plans and setup checklist: email verified, Discord linked, referral code), Profile (photo, username, email), Security. |
| Money | Billing (plan, invoices, redeem a code) and Referrals. |
| Help and data | Support, Notifications and Privacy and data. |
Change your username (3 to 32 letters, numbers and underscores) or your email from Profile; both ask for your password, and a new email address must be confirmed with a link. Linking Discord gives you support, roles and alerts on the Atlas server.
Notifications
The bell in the dashboard and the Notifications page list sign-in alerts, billing notices and replies from the team, with switches for how you are told. Product emails are off until you turn them on.
