Write a report we can act on
- Say what you were doing, what you expected and what happened.
- Include the exact error text, the application name and when it happened, with the time zone.
- Say which library you use (C++, JavaScript or Python) and its version if you know it.
- For a refused sign-in, paste the log line, not a description of it.
Reporting a vulnerability
Report privately through the Security page, not on the public board or in Discord. Give details to reproduce it, avoid accessing other people's data and give us reasonable time to fix it before you publish. The page describes the scope and what is welcome.

Open a ticket under Account, Support. A ticket keeps the whole conversation in one place, and you can attach more detail to it later.
