How to buy a plan, which payment methods are open, and what happens between sending a crypto payment and your plan starting.
Buy a plan
- Sign in and open Plans. Pick a plan and a term (Monthly, 6 months or 1 year).
- On Checkout, add a discount or referral code if you have one. It is optional, and the price updates as soon as the code is accepted.
- Choose how to pay and follow the steps. The plan starts on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is nothing to activate.
Pay with crypto
Pick a coin and Atlas gives your order its own wallet address. You send the coins from any wallet or exchange, and the plan starts when the payment is confirmed on the network.

Before the address is shown you tick four lines: send only that coin on that network and pay the network fee yourself; payments are final and refunds follow the Refund Policy; the full amount must arrive after your wallet or exchange takes its fee; and the price is held for 3 hours. Sending a different coin, or the right coin on the wrong network, cannot be recovered.
Price, time and amount
- The price is held for 3 hours. The amount of coin is fixed from the plan's dollar price when you get the address.
- The address is watched for 7 days. A payment that arrives after the 3 hours is valued at the coin's price at that time instead.
- Pay the full amount. A payment inside the 3 hours completes the order at the quoted amount, or at 98% of the price. A later payment needs 95% of the price at that time.
- Less than that? Send the rest to the same address. Partial payments add up.
- Limits. You can hold 3 unpaid quotes at once and request 5 quotes in 10 minutes.
After you send
The page shows the payment as seen, then counts confirmations, then completes. Each payment is also checked against a second, independent source before the plan starts, so a few minutes between the confirmation count and the plan starting is normal. You can close the page: the order is tied to the address, not to the tab, and the plan starts anyway. Reopen Checkout for the same plan to see the open order again.
Codes
The code field takes a promo code or a referral code; it recognizes which. A limited promo code is reserved for you while the quote is open and given back if the quote lapses unpaid. Referral codes give the buyer a discount and credit the referrer, and are managed under Account, Referrals.
