Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026 · Atlas Security · Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

1Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Atlas Security (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”), a business established in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They govern your use of the Atlas platform and products described in section 3. By creating an account, buying a plan, integrating our software or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms.

If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it, and “you” means that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Read with
These Terms include the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Refund Policy and, for sellers, the Data Processing Agreement. Where documents conflict, the more specific one controls its subject.

2Definitions

Atlas Authenticator
Our licensing and authentication product: SDKs for C++, JavaScript and Python, and the cloud platform and dashboard that validate licenses, bind them to hardware, manage sessions and run protection checks in the Protected Application.
Atlas Obfuscator
Our binary protection service: you upload a compiled Windows x64 binary, our engine applies protection passes, and you download a protected build.
Services
The Authenticator, the Obfuscator, the website, dashboard, APIs, documentation and related software.
Subscriber
A person or organisation with an Atlas account or a paid plan.
Seller
A Subscriber who uses the Authenticator to control access to software they distribute.
Reseller
A person a Seller has given limited access to create licenses or accounts for that Seller’s application.
Protected Application
Software that you integrate with, or process through, the Services.
End User
A person who runs a Protected Application.

3The Services

Atlas provides two products, sold and operated separately, each with its own plans:

  • Atlas Authenticator authenticates licenses and accounts, binds them to hardware, manages sessions, variables and files, and runs protection checks inside the Protected Application while it runs.
  • Atlas Obfuscator works on a compiled Windows x64 binary you upload and returns a protected build. Source code is never uploaded.

A free plan lets you test the real product within published limits, which are listed on the plans page. We may change plans, limits and features, and a change that reduces what you paid for does not apply to a term you have already paid for. Some features are still maturing; where a capability is unfinished we say so on its page instead of charging for it.

Availability

Live service health is on atlassecurity.site/status. Atlas is run by a small team on its own infrastructure, and it will have outages. There is no uptime guarantee and no service credit unless we agree one with you in writing. While the authentication service cannot be reached your End Users cannot sign in, so decide how your software should behave when that happens. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control are not a breach of these Terms.

Your files and binaries

You are responsible for what you upload: binaries, delivery-slot files, variables and anything else. You confirm you have the right to upload and protect it, and you give Atlas the right to store and process it to run the Services for you. Obfuscator uploads and protected builds are deleted 24 hours after the job is created. Delivery-slot files stay until you delete them or delete or reset the application. We do not inspect your files except to investigate abuse, to fix a fault you report or to follow a valid legal order.

4Accounts

Give accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials, passkeys, API keys and everything done with them. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your country. We ask you to confirm your age when you sign up and keep that confirmation. We close accounts we learn belong to anyone younger and delete their data.

Do not create more than one account to evade limits, suspensions or pricing, share credentials, or register with false information. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that do. Our staff can see your account data as their role allows, and every staff action on an account is logged.

5Plans, renewals and hardware binding

Terms and renewal

Paid plans run for a fixed term: monthly, six months or one year. Every plan is a one-time purchase for the stated term and does not renew; we email you before it ends. Cryptocurrency payments are one-time only.

Grant

For the duration of an active plan we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services as these Terms allow. When a paid term ends, the account returns to the free plan and its limits.

Hardware binding

The Authenticator binds licenses to the machine the Protected Application runs on, using hardware identifiers that the library reads and our servers store. The Privacy Policy lists them. You may not duplicate, spoof or clone a fingerprint to run a license on a machine it was not issued for. A large hardware change can need re-binding through the Seller.

Sessions and sharing

Licenses carry concurrent-session limits. Exceeding a limit, or other signs that a license is shared, can lead to ended sessions, a ban or closure of the account.

6Fees and payment

Prices are in United States Dollars and charged when you buy through:

  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, BNB, or USDT or USDC on Ethereum, BNB Chain or Tron, sent to our wallet), for one-time purchases.

You pay any taxes, duties, conversion costs and network fees that apply. A price change takes effect at your next purchase and never affects a term already paid for.

7Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Because the free plan lets you test the real product, refunds are limited and conditional as set out there. Nothing in this section limits a right to a refund that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

8Sellers, End Users and your own terms

If you are a Seller, the End Users of your software are your customers. Atlas is not a party to your relationship with them. We do not write, review or enforce your license terms, privacy notice, prices, refund rules, support promises or bans, and we provide no End User terms: if your End Users need terms, write them or take advice. You decide which sign-in modes, bans, geofencing and alert rules apply to your application and you answer for their effect on your End Users. End Users have no rights against Atlas under your terms, and we do not mediate disputes between you and them.

The personal data the Authenticator collects about your End Users is yours to control, and Atlas processes it for you under the Data Processing Agreement. Where privacy law applies, you choose the legal basis, you tell your End Users what is collected (the Privacy Policy lists what the library sends, including hardware identifiers, IP address and computer name) and you answer their requests. Atlas does not check what you tell them and does not do it for you.

9Resellers and balance

A Seller may give Resellers limited access to their application. The Seller sets what a Reseller may do, may freeze or remove them at any time, and is responsible for their conduct. Where a Seller meters a Reseller, each license or account the Reseller creates uses stock the Seller has issued. Stock, balance keys and invite links:

  • are a record of how many licenses a Reseller may create. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money;
  • are issued by the Seller. A balance key works once, for the Reseller it was locked to or, if the Seller issued it open, for the first Reseller of that application who redeems it;
  • can be frozen, reduced or withdrawn by the Seller before they are used, and are lost when the Reseller’s access ends.

Any money arrangement between a Seller and a Reseller is between them. Atlas is not a party to it and holds no funds for either.

10Community content

You keep ownership of what you post in the forum, public chat and support channels. You give Atlas a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and moderate it for as long as it is posted. Public posts and chat messages are visible to others. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, infringing or that exposes other people’s personal data. We may remove content and restrict access for breaches of these Terms or the AUP.

11Acceptable use

Use of the Services is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: protect software you may lawfully distribute; do not protect malware, pirated copies or game cheats and bypass tools, defraud Atlas, or attack or reverse-engineer it. What you build and sell is otherwise your business and your legal responsibility. A breach of the AUP is a breach of these Terms.

12Intellectual property

The Services, including the client libraries, the protection engine, the authentication protocol, the cryptographic implementations, the dashboard, the documentation and the brand, belong to Atlas and its licensors. These Terms give you a right to use the Services; they transfer no ownership. You keep all rights in your own software, and Atlas claims none in a binary you protect or in the protected output.

Reverse engineering, decompiling or circumventing our protections, or interfering with our systems, is prohibited (AUP section 5) and can be an infringement of our rights and an offence under the law of the places involved. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content or a use of the Services infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] with the work, the infringing use, your contact details and a good-faith statement of your rights.

13Warranties and security

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any protection cannot be bypassed.

The Obfuscator rewrites your binary. A protected build can run differently, be flagged by antivirus or endpoint-security software, or fail on some systems. Test every protected build before you ship it; you are responsible for what you distribute.

No system is perfectly secure. Our measures are described, and checked against the code, at atlassecurity.site/security. We fix vulnerabilities as they are found but do not warrant that the Services, hardware binding or any protection is immune to compromise.

14Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Atlas is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from the Services, even if told they were possible.

Atlas’s total liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid Atlas for the Service that gave rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15Indemnification

You will defend and compensate Atlas for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or the AUP, your unlawful use of the Services, your infringement of another’s rights, your distribution of a Protected Application, or claims by your End Users or Resellers.

16Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel any recurring plan at any time, and you may delete your account. Deleting it cancels recurring billing and removes your personal data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or end access immediately, without notice where that is needed to stop harm, if you breach these Terms or the AUP, if your account is linked to fraud or chargeback abuse, if you attack or reverse-engineer the Services, if a payment is reversed, or if we receive a valid legal order or a well-founded rights complaint that requires it (AUP section 8). We give notice where we can. When access ends, plans stop working and no refund is owed for unused time except under the Refund Policy or the law. A Seller who loses access can ask us for an export of their End User data within 30 days. We may keep records needed for fraud prevention, legal and accounting purposes.

17Governing law and jurisdiction

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Atlas submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, subject to section 18.

This does not remove a mandatory protection that the law of your country of residence gives you, or Atlas’s enforcement rights under the instruments cited in section 12 and the AUP.

18Disputes

Before starting formal proceedings, write to [email protected] and try to settle it informally. We will answer within ten (10) business days. If it is not settled, it may go to the courts in section 17. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually and not as a class, collective or representative action.

19General

  • Changes. We may update these Terms. We post the new version with its effective date and, for a material change, tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Using the Services after that means you accept it.
  • Notices. We may give notice by email to the address on your account, in the dashboard or on this site.
  • Third-party services. Payments and sign-in with Google or Discord are subject to those providers’ own terms.
  • Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a provision is not giving it up.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them with the business.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they include are the whole agreement about the Services.
  • No third-party rights. Only you and Atlas can enforce these Terms. Your End Users and Resellers cannot.
  • Events outside our control. Neither side is liable for a delay or failure caused by something it could not reasonably control, such as a power or network failure, a provider outage, a government act or an attack on the Services.
